Device Tags - External

The device tags service is used to store arbitrary tags against a user and their device. The device tags service effectively works as an acceleration layer on top of the InCrowd SDP and personalisation stack.

These tags can be fetched, added, removed or modified via either frontend APIs or a backend integration utilising the gRPC endpoints.

Personalisation tools such as PCBs, Audience Builder or Push harness these tags to identify users. Providing a powerful framework for near real-time targetting.
